"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptize them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you."
Matthew 28:19+20a
I have no doubt, that this is one of the most important mission, Jesus called us to. We should take it to hard, have it as the core mission of our ministry and try to seek every possibility to fulfill this Commission.
As I have been thinking lately about what I am doing here, I feel like, God has really blessed me, since I am able to do just exactly that, to what He has called us in Matthew 28.
Making disciples: Not only do I have the great privilege of disciple 2 of my friends at least once a week, I am also got put in charge for our College Ministry to be over the Ministry aspect of the work. My 4 areas are: Discipleship, Ministry training, Care Ministry and Community Groups. As of right now, I am trying to put together a concept for discipleship. I have been trying to pull sources together and come up with different term concepts for this. Since we are dealing with College Ministry, a lot of attendees come and go rather quickly, so it is important for us, to use the time wisely. It' has been so exciting for me, to be involved in this and get ministries like these started. I am also co-leading with my friend Per a Men's Community Group, basically a Bible Study. Again, I am thrilled with where the Lord has me in this aspect of his great commission.
Baptizing the disciples: It's crazy. Just 2 weeks ago, I had the honor and privilege of not only baptize one of the guy's I disciple, who is also such a good friend, but also 5 other friends of mine.
My Buddy Richie, I am so stoked he did it.
Chad, one of the guy's I disciple and a awesome friend and brother!!
My good, good, good probably best friend Per. What privilege!
This is Mollie, she was so excited, it was awesome.

My friend Krista
My buddy Brandon, he decided on the beach to get baptized.
I really have to say, this was one of the most glorious day's in my days of doing ministry. I can totally see, how God is rejoicing in this, since David and I were just so filled with joy about this as well.
Teaching them to observe: Not only do I have the chance to disciple some guys, I also co-lead a community group and I get to teach an various places in Santa Barbara and santa Maria. I love teaching the word, I love everything about it, I love the word of God. it's just so amazing. My last study I did was at our college group, Paradox and I continued in what our college pastor was previously teaching on. Mark 8: 22-27 Jeasus heals a blind man and Peter confesses Jesus as the Christ.
As I read 22-26 I was left helpless. I remember asking God, how in the world to interpret this passage, but as we all know, Jesus is faithful and so He helped me getting, I feel, a decent message together. I think, I am going to post my notes soon. It was powerful as it always is powerful to teach the Word of God.
2 days ago I met with a friend for lunch and we asked each other how life is and stuff. We came to the conclusion, that even though it might not be super eventful, we are content with with where we are at right now. I must say, after reviewing my life and writing this down, I am content with where I am at, because God placed me here for a reason and I want to use this time as much to fulfill the great commission as possible.
Even though, I do not really know, where God's path is leading me to, I know that it will be God and I will be content with where I am at.
I am leaving for Hannover in 8 days..... sooo excited!
